Maturity
Maturity means being fully grown or developed
Spiritual maturity is a process that begins when a person accepts Jesus Christ as Savior and then chooses to live "in Christ."
Matthew 5:48   Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Philippians 3:15    Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.

Colossians 1:28   Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:

James 1:4   But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
Most of my life I have heard that perfect  is sinless, therefore I can't be perfect.  And then uses that to do whater he or she wants to do becuase "no one is perfect".  But the scriptures teach us differently.
First of all the word "maturity" is not in the King James Bible, but "perfect" is
Perfect does not mean sinless.  Perfect does mean being mature, full grown
